I would like to ask you what your powers are, if you don't mind. I'm sure the boys could tell me all about you if I asked but I would prefer to speak with you directly. Do you have a moment?

I wish to create a spell to coax universal designations out of people who are unaware of said designations. With their consent, of course.

Universal designations? Is that like... Are we labeling people by Universe?

That's about it, yes. Interdimensional folks like gods who skip between universes use designations to let each other know where we're talking about. For example, the place you know as home is commonly called Earth-616.

I'm don't know if I get to really call my original universe "home," but sure. I get it. 616.

How does knowing power sets help this spell? Or are you shopping around for something special?

Shopping around, dear. The boys have quite the high opinion of you so it makes sense to start with the best candidate for the job.

They would also do backflips if I asked their permission to speak with you, which I wouldn't do because you are your own woman and deserve more respect than that, so here I am!

I see, and is there a certain limit to the range from which you can work or the intensity of the emotions you can flood a person with? Is it always a conscious decision?

Alright. If you have the talent for it, I want you to relax someone to the point of allowing my spell to search them for a hint of their universal designation. It will be in their blood, their bones, their hair, every atom of their body will be stamped with the address I want to extract and place onto a map I've been working on, but chances are being seen that thoroughly will cause them to have a panic attack.

Or a heart-attack, potentially.

I need you to keep them calm and willing, to allow my spell to unravel the secret of their home.

You asked about range. I didn't know if the intent for for me to do it remotely without their realizing. I don't know what you do and don't do.

But, yeah, close proximity helps. I can provide what you're asking for.
